Office 365 for business provides a cloud-based service that gives users access to email, calendars, files and programs on a variety of platforms. In this course, students will learn how to manage an Office 365 organization. Students will work with basic online applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote and learn how to collaborate with others on files created in those programs. Students will learn how to utilize the extensive options within Outlook, OneDrive, Lync and create public sites or team sites. Organization administrators will understand how to work with the many settings and tools in the online Office 365 Admin Center, Exchange Admin Center, Lync Admin Center & SharePoint Admin Center.
