The Tool Palette / Rotation Tool

To use the rotation tool to rotate items manually, select the rotation tool and if there is no item selected, the arrow pointer will display. Once you select by clicking with the arrow pointer, the rotation tool displays. When you click in a box or outside a box, click and drag and your pointer will turn into an arrowhead pointer. To rotate the item, drag the arrowhead pointer in a circular motion. You can rotate 360 degrees. You can also have a rotation point either within as we have here or outside the active item. Release your mouse and your box will be rotated.
