Subtitles of the Movie

Top-level operations, and Reaktor. This is an ensemble, where here we are viewing our instruments, or modules in panel view. Here in the instrument tool bar, we select modules, to adjust and control. With the plasma module selected, press the panel button, to pop out or open the panel. You can also right click the module, choose panel for a pop-out; panel view is the front end, the user interface. But we press the structure button to unveil structure view, where we can design, enhance, detract from modules, instruments. And some live inside of others, as we see the Reverberator inside the plasma structure. And the Reverberator structure, Command A to select all, click away to deselect, select individually or multiple. That was behind the scenes of individual components; right click a free space to reveal the structure of the ensemble. Now we see plasma and its structure, with the Reverberator inside, all contained in the ensemble. And our main I/O routing; right click to wire, right click to wire. And, we've just routed, direct connect, 3 and 4 into Pro Tools, and we could continue to add more. So, we can send multiple destinations, and right click to delete, and this is all being done in real time. Now that you understand the basics, and you keep hearing me talk about hundreds and thousands of synths, samplers, sounds. But, how is it done? Let's take a little bit of a closer look. Here is Pro Tools, we're coming in direct connect 1 and 2, so we create a new instance, we choose 3 and 4. Now, we are in the Tryptonizer, so we access the structure, and say what would I like to add to this ensemble. Again, right click and here's all our gear, and I'll choose the Sound Forum synthesizer, and I can freely drag and position and wire the 3 and 4. And the Tryptonizer has a new friend; and now we head back to panel view, which I have unlocked so I can drag elements. I reposition the Sound Forum and double click, so now we have the Sound Forum direct connect 3-4, the Tryptonizer 1-2. So we've got the Tryptonizer playing a crazy sample map, and the Sound Forum doing some whacked out FM. Now you see why I liken Reaktor to a city, but a city with no limits, where you continue to find fun and exciting things going down, use and manipulate the provided gear or build your own and brand it. That's right, you could place your own logo on the gear that you make. So aside from getting my most warpage per second by any music software, and its own class award, I give the Reaktor a fun factor, of nine hundred, ninety nine point nine percent session.
