I deleted that third spot layer because I'd like to do something a little bit different/ I'd like to have it cover less of the image, so back again to my original copy on layer one. And I will repeat serigraphy, and drag in the intermediate area there, and it's showing me the color fill; if I want to change that fill I can do so. I think I like that lavender color, let's see how that looks. That is pretty good. If I want to change the characteristics of that spot layer, I can move some of these sliders around: this distribute weighting looks like it's going to have an important effect, that looks pretty good. Well we do have this lavender color showing as gray here, let's just create that spot color and see how that looks. So it has made for me another red spot color. Let's take a look at all of our spot colors without the original, and I am thinking that that looks fine. Now I would like to fill in some of this color: first I am going to change the name for this third one and call it magenta. So I'll just type that in - magenta spot color. And the color that I am looking to alter is this red spot color layer. I am going to select that color with the eyedropper and fill in with a brush. Let's choose a brush or even a pen; let's try the scratchboard tool or maybe the flat color pen would work and that awfully big. So let's reduce the size of that brush, and then we need to turn off preserve transparency, and now sure enough I can fill in the areas that I want to fill in. And this is more efficient than trying to manipulate those spot color layers in the serigraphy. I can do the same with my orange spot color if I choose, but let's see what we have so far with that little adjustment that I made. And, again there are some areas here that are still transparent, and we could just allow the background in there, but I am thinking that I'd like some of this magenta to go into that area. So, having the magenta selected I am going to use my eyedropper to make that the current color, and again fill in with the flat color pen. And I do not have to worry too much about staying within the lines because this black line is going to cover up the edge rather nicely. Let's move this out of the way and go all the way down there; let's see what would happen if I simply use the pink bucket on this area. No it was not a good idea. So I will in fact have to paint in here with the flat color pen. I have to do when I am finished with this is bring that black detail layer up on top, and that was my layer too; I'll bring that on top. And sure enough, the only thing remaining is the tie. And we could again use the magenta to fill in the tie. So I am going to do that; these little touch ups are just fine, and that's it. So we can then delete this copy of the original, just click on the trashcan, and if we are ready to commit we can simply drop all of our layers. Let's do that with layer menu>drop all - oops, need to make sure that canvas is visible, and we're done.
