Subtitles of the Movie
In this movie, I'll go through logging your contact hours. For clarification purposes this VTC course and the other parts of this course series count toward your PMI-SP Contact Hours since they're directly relevant to the topic of Scheduling. If you are PMP Certified this also counts as PDUs, or Professional Development Units, toward that credential. And remember that PDUs are only relevant for those that are already credential holders. In order to apply for the PMI-SP Exam you must have 30 hours total of scheduling education contact hours. If you're taking this course through the Online University you may print out a Certificate from the course Details page. In order to print out the Certificate you must have first gone through every movie within the course. This provides the validation needed to certify that you've indeed gone through the course. You'll have to be logged into the VTC Site and after going through all the movies you'll be able to download a PDF copy of that Certificate to print out. If you attempt to print out a Certificate without having gone through the course you'll see the following message; it will say something like: Please finish the following lessons to receive your Certificate and then it provides you the list of those remaining lessons. Make sure that you go through all of the exercises before reviewing the Exercise Movies. And that concludes this movie on Contact Hours and PDUs. This also brings to a close the PMI-SP Part 1 course. I hope you've enjoyed the course and if you plan on going through the entire course series it's my hope that you'll end up with a confidence and understanding about the Schedule Development Process as presented by the PMBOK Guide and Practice Standard for Scheduling. If you plan on taking the PMI-SP Exam, I wish you the best of luck and look forward to hearing your success stories. Again, best of luck in your career and once again, thank you for being a part of this course.
