In this movie I'll cover how to get the most from this course. To start, I'd like to mention that the purpose of the course is to gain knowledge of Project Risk Management, or prepare for the PMI Risk Management Professional Certification Exam. We'll be covering four primary themes in this course: Risk Management Framework; the Plan Risk Management Process from the PMBOK Guides; Project Risk Management Knowledge Area, and also the Identify Risk Process, the second process within the Risk Management Knowledge Area; and, we'll also cover Communication, which is very important to Risk Management. Within your course you'll have access to Work Files. The Work Files include Risk Management Terms, a Workbook filled with exercises to complete per Section, 40 Exam Practice Questions, and you'll also find a document called the Risk Register Update Cycle, which shows a cycle of updates that the Risk Register goes through, which is the primary document where all the information abut Risk is documented. Since most Sections have Workbook Exercises, we'll complete the Sections with a review of these exercises. It's important that you complete these exercises after watching the section's lessons and prior to watching the Workbook Exercise Review movies. By doing this you'll get a greater value from this course. And that wraps up this movie and next, we'll cover the four Exam Domains.
