Subtitles of the Movie

In this movie we'll go through the remaining Workbook Exercises relating to this Section. As always, be sure to go through the exercises before viewing this movie. We'll continue on with question 7. Question 7 says: Information on stakeholder risk tolerance can be found where? The correct answer is within the Risk management plan, the Enterprise environmental factors, and I had also mentioned Organizational process assets within the review movie, but please note that if you were to get a question on the Exam and you had to choose between Enterprise Environmental Factors and Organizational Process Assets, Enterprise Environmental Factors would be your first choice since the PMBOK Guide mentions it directly. If you're utilizing the Fourth Edition of the PMBOK Guide, another source is the Stakeholder Register. Question number 8 says: Name at least two reasons that knowing the risk tolerance level of stakeholders is important. I had mentioned six items which were: To correctly assess risk; To correctly determine the priority level of risk; To quantify the cost and time of contingency reserves; To develop acceptable risk response plans; To develop contingency reserves and plans; and To monitor risk. Moving on to question 9: What are the three items covered within the stakeholder register? These were: Identification information, which includes the stakeholder details like their name, their position, and project role; Assessment information, such as their primary expectation, influence level, where their interests are, and their primary requirements; and Stakeholder classification, such as whether they're internal or external to the project and what their support of the project is. And the last question for review, question 10 says: Where would you look to find out information on stakeholder communication requirements relating to risk? We touched on the following sources: the Communications management plan, which contains stakeholder communication requirements; the Risk management plan, which contains which risk reports are required, and what details they should include; and the Stakeholder register. That covers the remaining questions within your Workbook Exercises bringing this movie and Section to a close.
