In this movie, we'll wrap our review of the exam practice test with questions 136 through 140. Question 136 says benefits provided to employees who are doing a great job is known as: A, fringe benefits; B, perquisites; C, halo effect or D, performance bonus. Fringe benefits are standard benefits provided to all employees, so we'll cross that one out. Perquisites is another type of benefit offered and it's often called perks. This is the correct choice. Halo effect, C, doesn't apply since it's not a benefit and neither is performance bonus, since although it is for good performance, it's not necessarily considered to be part of an ongoing benefit. Question 137: the top three reasons for conflict are A, technical beliefs, resources, schedule conflicts; B, personality, schedule conflicts, cost; C, personality, varying priorities, resources or D, schedule conflicts, varying priorities, resources. The difficulty here is that all of the items shown are reasons for conflict; however the question asks for the top three. I would suggest memorizing at a minimum which of the group are the top four. And this would be D. Moving on to question 138, which process handles the distribution of information: initiating, planning, executing or closing. As you might recall, the executing process group coordinates and manages resources, implements improved changes, completes the work defined in the project management plan and as we see here, also distributes information, such as reports and other information outlined and required by stakeholders. Therefore, the correct answer is C, executing. Question 139: a project management office can best be described as A, a collection of project managers within a company; C, a centralized unit within an organization to provide management of projects and programs; C, a collection of company executives within an organization who provide management of projects and programs or D, a centralized unit within an organization to provide portfolio management. The answer is B. D sounds similar to B, but notice that it only specifies portfolio management and that single word makes B the better choice. And the final question for review: developing a scope in increments as the project occurs is called A, operational work; B, project management; C, scope management or D, progressive elaboration. The correct choice is D, progressive elaboration. This is when the project begins and the scope continues to increase and become more detailed as the project is underway. This, however, is planned and many times it occurs because information from the project will determine the rest of the scope or direction that it will take. Question 140 is our last question of the exam practice test, bringing this movie and review to a close.
