The review of the Scope Verification Process is fairly brief since this is a fairly straightforward process. We'll now shift gears to cover workbook review questions, which you'll find in your work files. Specifically, we will cover six questions pertaining to Scope Verification. As usual, our first question focuses on the purpose of the process and that is to obtain the stakeholder's formal acceptance of the completed Project Scope and the associated deliverables. Next we have a review of the process's inputs, tools and techniques and outputs. Once again, these items are straightforward. For the outputs, you have the Accepted Deliverables and for those that were rejected, Requested Changes and or Recommended Corrective Actions are issued for resolution. Question five says what is the difference between Scope Verification and Scope Control. These two are often confused, which is why we cover them here. Scope Verification is concerned with the acceptance of the deliverables, whereas Quality Control is concerned with meeting the quality requirements specified for the deliverables. And the final question for review says what are inspections, a tool and technique of this process also known as. And the answer is that they are also known as reviews, product reviews, audits and walk-throughs. As a side note and refresher, an inspection includes activities to verify whether work and deliverables meet the requirements and acceptance criteria, such as measuring and examining. Once again, our review was brief, but hopefully that just translates into an easy process to remember. With that we'll close out this review of the Scope Verification and workbook questions.
