In this movie, we will wrap up our discussion on the executing process group by reviewing the flow of processes within this group. Just as a reminder that some of the primary objectives of this group is to execute the project management plan and coordinate the people and resources of the project. This process group also addresses approved items for implementation and therefore touches on any scope changes that may occur. We see a great part of all this takes place during our first process, direct and manage project execution. In this process we implemented several things, such as change request, corrective action, preventive actions and defect repairs. Naturally this impacts the majority of the processes within the process group as we'll see through our diagram arrows. We see that directly managed project execute process connected to the following processes: perform quality assurance, where we apply the quality activities to ensure that the project met the requirements. Acquire project team, where we obtained our project team resources and produce the staff assignments. Develop project team, where we conducted a team performance assessment and focused on improving the overall team's competency and interaction with one another. This process is also connected to acquire project team since the team must first be acquired before they can be developed. And finally request seller responses where information, quotes, bids, offers or proposals were requested from qualified sellers. We also first determine who these qualified sellers were and by the end of this process these sellers submitted their proposals. Of course this last process I mention must first occur before we can select the sellers which occurs in the process that would follow this one, select sellers. And the final process within this process group information distribution receives information from three processes that allow for it to carry out its purpose which is to make information available to the project stakeholders in a timely manner. These processes that touched on the information distribution process are select sellers, develop project team and perform quality assurance. As a result of the flow of processes that we see our screen something to note is that re-planning may occur after carrying out the processes, particularly when approved items are implemented. Another notable item is that the majority of the project's budget will be expended in this process group and that's because most of our resources are utilized here and that closes out our overview of the process flow within the executing process group and also our discussion on the process group overall. In the next section we'll move onto to monitoring and controlling process groups.
