This is ZENworks Desktop Management 7, and this is the About the Author video. This is where you get to learn a little bit more about me and my qualifications to teach about ZENworks Desktop Management 7. My name is Greg Dickinson. I'm a Certified Novell Engineer. I've been a Certified Novell Engineer since 1999. I've used NetWare from version 2 up to version 7 and throughout my professional career I've implemented ZENworks on multiuser networks, multi-state networks, I should say, and I have implemented GroupWise at educational institutions and colleges and large businesses throughout the Southeast. Through most of my career I have dealt with products from Novell, again, specializing with the netWare Operating System and GroupWise, and ZENworks Desktop Management, and a little bit of ZENwork Server Management and some of their Identity Management pieces. But most of my experience is with Novell's core product suite, which is again, GroupWise and ZENworks and the NetWare OS. I have authored several videos for VTC: NetWare 6.5 Administration and NetWare 6.5 Advanced Administration. I've also authored a SharePoint 3.0 video as well as a SharePoint 3.0 User QuickStart!!, and a video on the Citrix Access Gateway Advanced Edition, Version 4.5. When I'm not working my brains out you'll find me looking something like this where I'm training to be a private pilot, just basically because it's something that I enjoy doing that has absolutely nothing to do with computers. I've kind of had to pick that simply because I took my hobby and turned it into my career and as a result I work a lot more than I probably really should on computers all the time.
