Subtitles of the Movie

In this video we'll discuss making and editing a movie in Windows Movie Maker, a video-editing program that comes bundled with Windows Vista. If you want to create your own videos, Windows Vista includes Windows Movie Maker, so you can make and edit your own movies. These movies can be video clips for images that you can combine into a slideshow. Here's how you access Windows Movie Maker. Click the start button and then click all programs, then click Windows Movie Maker. The Windows Movie Maker window appears and shows four panes. The left pane shows the task list that lets you import video from a digital video camera, as well as a number of other sources, edit the movie and then publish the movie to a file. The center pane shows the thumbnail image of a movie that comes with Windows Vista. The right pane shows the preview area for the movie you are creating. Click the bare thumbnail; click the play button at the bottom of the pane to play the video. The storyboard pane contains media clips so you can put hose clips in order to make a complete movie. If you want to create a movie quickly, click the auto movie button in the toolbar. You can select an editing style; enter a title for the movie and then select audio or background music. When you finish setting your auto movie style, click the create auto movie button. However, if you don't have any pictures or video clips selected you won't be able to create an auto movie. Double click the samples pictures folder, select all the pictures and then click the import button. If you don't select all the pictures in the folder the combine duration of the pictures will not be at least 30 seconds and auto movie won't be able to create your movie. Now select the pictures you imported and then click the auto movie button in the toolbar. Scroll down to the bottom of the pane and click the create auto movie button. Windows Movie Maker creates your movie and the scenes appear in the storyboard pane complete. The first scene appears in the left hand frame and Windows Movie Maker automatically creates a title scene for you. Windows Movie Maker shows each frame from left to right in the storyboard and the transition effect appears in between each frame. Preview the movie by clicking the play button in the right pane. Pause the movie by clicking the pause button. Save the project by clicking file on the menu bar and then click save project. Type the file name in the save project as window and then click save button.
