In this video we'll talk about changing Media Player options. Windows Media Player contains a number of options so you can customize it to run the way you want. Here's how, click the start button and than click Windows Media Player. Click the down Arrow button underneath the now playing button. Select from one of the enhancement, visualization and plug-in options in the menu by moving the mouse pointer over the menu options and then selecting the options from the fly out menu. If you want to view more options, click more options in the menu, the options windows appears and displays the player tab so you can check for automatic updates and set player settings. You can also click on one of ten other tabs. Rip music for changing rip settings and specifying where music is stored. Devices for specifying settings for devices including audio and visual devices, CDS and DVDS and portable devices. Burn for specifying burn settings. Performance for specifying connection speed, network buffering and playback settings. Library for organizing and sharing your multimedia files. Plug-ins for adding and configuring plug-ins. Privacy for specifying privacy settings. Security for allowing or denying the operation script commands and rich media streams. DVD for setting DVD playback restrictions and language settings. And network for specifying settings for streaming media content from the internet. For now click the ok button.
