Before I leave you I'd like to give you just a little information about myself. My name is Mark Long, I live in Nashville, Tennessee, that explains the accent that some of you might notice. A little bit about myself here, I'm a Consultant and a Trainer, self employed, working in and around the Nashville area and also all around the Southeast. I do everything from training in the live classroom to training for VTC online like this. I do consultants for small to mid size companies. I spent 18 years in a large telecommunications company here in the Southeast and basically just had an incredible, blessed job of doing pretty much whatever I wanted to do and learning whatever I wanted to learn. I took voluntary early retirement to go out on my own, it gave me more time to be with my family and to pursue things that really interested me and it's been really great. I want to thank you personally for purchasing this course and I got to tell you I really enjoy bringing these things to you. I love the whole concept and the whole thing of seeing that light bulb come on with someone and sharing this information. Believe I have been where you are, where I desperately need to learn and understand something and the ability to get your hands on something that will help is just tremendous and I certainly, absolutely hope that that's what your experience has been here.
