System Requirements and Installation / File Locations
Subtitles of the Movie
Before we do anything with WebForm1.aspx or its Properties window, let's take a look inside Windows Explorer, so we can see what files have been created by Visual Studio .NET when we used the ASP.NET template. If we go back to Windows Explorer, we can see that under Visual Studio projects, there's a new folder called miscellaneous web and it has a .sln file in it, so Visual Studio .NET can keep track of the overall solution. That's also the name for the project, Internet Information Services, which is in your file system as Inetpub. Let's open that up and locate wwwroot, you can see we've also got a miscellaneous folder in there, it has a bin folder, and inside that miscellaneous web folder there's quite a few files that were automatically created when we decided to use that template in Visual Studio.
