Microsoft Visual Studio .NET Tutorials
System Requirements and Installation / Solutions and Projects in VS.net
Subtitles of the Movie
When you're creating applications with Visual Studio .NET, you start by making a solution, to the solution you can add one or more projects, and to each project, you add items such as forms, code behind files, image and multimedia files, references and so forth. This forms a file structure, the solution itself actually has a .sln extension on its file name and the solution holds as I said, one or more projects, each project can do things independent of the other projects and each project actually has it's own files and these are items like ordinary web pages, code behind files and so forth, So this structure is what you are building when you are making web applications and Windows applications in Visual Studio .NET.
