Introduction to Visual Studio.net / Course Layout

Subtitles of the Movie

This part of the course is similar to a table of contents and the other front matter in a book. So you can skip ahead to the next section if you like. A little bit about me, Dave Mercer, I've been teaching computer related classes for the past six years and I have also authored several books and textbooks about databases, HTML, Visual Studio .NET, XML and so forth The course is divided into separate sections, each covering a different aspect of using Visual Studio .NET, or some concepts related to it. The course covers basic programming, SQL programming, HTML, Windows and web applications and so forth. Basically, everything that you need to know to use Visual Studio .NET effectively. To get the most out of this course, it would be helpful if you were familiar with programming, HTML and markup languages, the web and Windows. You can find all source code files, code sample files and project files on this disk.
