The cell referencing capabilities have been seen in this chapter to be very powerful. We've looked at how all range locations are available, whether in the active sheet, another sheet in the workbook, or another workbook entirely. We've looked at the great number of Range types we can return. There are nine different properties we looked at in this chapter for returning ranges of different sizes and shapes and locations. While of course we can make selections on a worksheet using VBA, there is no need to - we can address one or more cells through VBA without having to make any worksheet selection. And finally, the Excel referencing notation that you are used to from Excel is used in VBA, provided that's the A1 style - and that should speed up the learning curve, The other thing to note though, is that labels are not recognized by VBA. So that concludes our look at cell referencing.
