Well to finish with a flourish, I guess I can introduce myself to you. I gave you my name at the start of the tutorial, and we've kind of gotten to know each other a little bit over the last several hours. So at this point why don't I tell you a little bit more about myself. Well my name again is Tim Warner, and my professional background is as a trainer, software developer, and network engineer. I'm originally from Syracuse, New York. I was educated at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. My degrees are in biology, that was my bachelors, and education which was my masters. Like many folks, I didn't wind up in a career directly related to my college preparation. That seems to be a pretty popular trend though. My wife and I moved to Nashville, Tennessee in early 2000, and so as of this recording it's been almost 8 years. Treats us nice. We like being in the south, although I must confess we miss our family. We see them as much as we can, they're all still up in Syracuse. I've been in the IT industry about 10 years, ever since I left Cornell. And as I mentioned, I've done work as a senior systems engineer in just corporate industry, and secondary ed. I worked in a private high school here in Nashville for a few years. And also in higher education. I've worked at Syracuse University and Vanderbilt University. I've also done quite a bit of work in IT certification, I've written a couple books, a lot of magazine articles on IT certification, and I worked for a company called Transcender for a few years. And at the time, they were the leading manufacturer of IT test prep stuff. So I've got quite a bit of training experience, quite a bit of software development experience and real world practical systems engineer stuff under by belt. And it's really been a pleasure doing this tutorial series with you. It's not my first go around with Visio. Some of the other VTC titles I've done are Visio 2003, the previous product version. For the Mac side I've done Microsoft Entourage. That's the Mac e-mail client that's analogous in many ways to Outlook here in the Windows world. And I've done one on blogging, and just incidentally my blog address is MT annoyances dot com. That's Michael Thomas, MT annoyances dot com. It's just a language or linguistics blog that I like to keep up. Finally, you can contact me with any questions, comments, concerns, or curiosities at my e-mail address, TL dub, that's not a one there, L stands for Lawrence. TL dub at gmail dot com, and I love to communicate with my students. So if you have any questions about this course, or if there is something I said that wasn't as clear as you'd like, or if you need some guidance or suggestions, I'm more than happy to help. So please feel free to drop me an email line at that address. Once again, it's been a great pleasure, privilege, and honor to train you in this tutorial series, and I look forward to being with you, virtually or in person, at some time in the future. Take good care.
