Subtitles of the Movie

Again, as you go through these, take a look at some more options. You've got big block arrows; great way to point things out and again, some of those will curve for you. So take a look at those options. The flow charts are really interesting. Click on that, click on a flow chart and drag it and look at that option there. Click again on the flow charts, give some more options here. We've got some more 3-D effects. So I can double click on that, add a color to it. There we go. I can then also right click on it to add text. So anything you draw, you can either draw the text box on it or you can right click on it to add text. And then, of course, that's just your typical text. You can change the font, change the size, change the color in order to make it stand out a little bit better. I might change that color just to white so you can tell how that would look. And definitely easier to read. Go back over here to auto shapes, stars and banners. Great way to make people pay attention to certain areas and definitely great way for coupons or marketing things. People will zip right into there to see if there's a 25 percent off or something to that effect. So let's draw one of those. Click and drag. I'm going to right click on it. Add text, say 25 percent off. I'm going to highlight that text on the auto shape, change the size here, even make it larger and you'll notice I've got the A with the three little dots, which means I need to widen my object here in order for that to fit. And now I've got my little graphic and go in there, adjust it, make it look a little more balanced for your documentation. I'm going to go back to auto shapes again here and look at the call outs. Call outs obviously will make it look like somebody's actually speaking, adding to your information. Or a little cloud. It's just popping out a little idea that somebody has. So I will draw that. It automatically gives me a cursor to add text, so that's really nice because in call outs they know you're going to want to type something in there. So I can type in there and I will highlight that, make it a lot larger and show you that information. You can change the font color, you can double click on that callout, change the fill color and maybe even go for a fill effect. That will help lighten things up, help people see it a little bit better. Let's go to more colors, choose something a little bit lighter. click OK, click OK again, ok again and there we go. Now, the outline of course is there so you can go in there and change the line color if you think something else would look a little bit better. click OK. Remember, when you start playing with all of the auto shapes, keep in mind your overall color scheme. Auto shapes can be so much fun to play with and work with and use, but sometimes we get a little carried away so keep the auto shapes in consistent format with your overall audience and your overall color scheme. So go make some auto shapes. Don't forget that you can add these auto shapes to your content library just by right clicking on them. And it will allow me to type in a title. And I'll click OK. So now that auto shape's available for any publication that I'm going to use. So go make some auto shapes, add them to your content library so that you have them available later on.
