In this movie, let's look at Publisher tasks, another easy and great place to get quick help and extra information for your publications. I'm going to go up to file and new so that I can just quickly create a premade brochure here. I got my brochure now. What I want to do is look at the Publisher tasks. I can do that by clicking that button or I can hit the down arrow on my task pane and choose Publisher tasks that way also. When I'm in Publisher tasks, they have all kinds of quick little items I can use. I can click the find text and image ideas and you'll see this'll give me some little tips and tricks. I can click on that and it walks me through the document. I can print this off, do whatever I need to do. It gives me great information. When I'm done with that, I can click the back button there or click the previous button down at the bottom. Again, I've got more options here. If I click change the design, it'll give me some different items here to pick from, to go through. I'm going to click the back button again. It also gives me help for distributing my publication. If I want to send this in email, it tells me how I can do that. I'll click on one of those and then it gives me some more information again. Even has some great tips within those sections so I can read through that information. Make it really easy. Puts this information where you will want to use it. That way you can find it quickly, simply and use it to your advantage. Follow up; how can you track the effectiveness of your document? It gives you some good, quick tips on that information. And again, I can go back and read some more if I need it. You'll have different possibilities here, dependent upon the publication that you've got. Sometimes you'll have a few different options, but take a look at those Publisher tasks. They can help you quickly, easily and definitely get you some ideas when you're stuck or when you're in a crunch. Take some time to look at those and see what they have available.
