Hello. My name is Melanie Hedgespeth. I'm excited to be teaching the VTC course for Microsoft Publisher 2007. I've taught computer courses for over a decade. I've taught a variety of topics, such as Excel, Access, Publisher, I've taught all the Office products as they changed throughout the years. Taught website design, all kinds of different classes and provided E-Learning opportunities for off-site students and I've managed a technology network for over a decade also. I run my own online business, which allows me to help users with technology needs so they can ask simple questions and get help more easily so that they can understand the tech-speak so many people get confused by. My educational background includes an MCSE. I have a BS in Business Computer Education and a Masters in informational technology. I firmly believe in life-long learning and continuing education, no matter what work or phase of life we're in. By always expanding our mind and gaining knowledge, we can do anything. Remember, each time you attempt something new, you can accomplish your goals. Just allow yourself the time and the patience to accomplish your desires. Always be thinking the right thoughts. If you believe you can figure out a program or a computer issue, I guarantee you will.
