Alright right on the heels of creating this new toolbar, this new customized toolbar in project I want to touch on the organizer. I know we've touch on this once before in this tutorial but I just want to make sure we understand what it's there for and how we can use it to manipulate what's available in not only a particular project, like external technical readiness, but in all projects. If I create a new project for example and just create a blank project I should be able to use that toolbar that I just inserted and the reason why that is, is because when I create a toolbar it is going to be a toolbar that is part of the global project template that's available. So any new project that I create will have that available and that's all a function of something called the organizer. So if you go to the tools menu here, choose organizer which opens up this thing here. Now you have views, toolbars, calendars, fields and so on and so on that are a part of either a template or a specific project file you're working on. So for example if you look at toolbars, the ones that are available in the global dot MPT template include VTC, now because of that I don't have to copy it over into this here, which is my current project file. But sometimes I might have to do that, again it can just depend. For example look at the fields grouping here in my particular example. There are no customized fields that are generated in the global project template but there is one that I generated earlier in the external technical readiness, so I used this field so that I can quickly identify graphically any tasks that I deemed were expensive and expensive was something that I defined, it wasn't something that project, its something that I define and then I applied a view to it so that I can- and you can look at this, you can look this up in the module about that specific task. But if you want this gone now for some reason you can select it and then delete it, you can also select it and copy it into the global project template so that it is available no matter what project I work on. So if I always want to identify a certain expensive task or use a visual indicator, I can copy, use the organizer to copy something that I generated in one project into the global template and then once I click on close it will be available no matter what new project I'm working with. Same thing with some of the calendars, now because these three calendars, 24 hours a night shift are available in the global template I'll be able to use them in the external technical readiness project that I have open. I don't have to copy these over in order to be able to use them, right now I'm only using the standard calendar. If I create a new calendar, a brand new one, I can make it available later on by copying it over to the global template. So again that's how you use the organizer and again if you ever have created something from scratch and you say well you know what I don't want that toolbar even available anymore, all you have to do is open up your organizer, find the item you're looking for and then delete it. You'll get a confirmation box and then you're on your way.
