There is an another feature of Powerpoint it is called the style checker. You won't really find it in any menu. But what the style checker does: is it looks for too many fonts in your presentation; it looks for too many different kinds of bullets; in other words, inconsistencies within your presentation. Now I've little bit crazy with this slide, but I just needed to demonstrate. If that happens you're office assistant is going to give you a little light bulb or you will find a light bulb actually on the slide. When you click on it, it's telling you that there are problems with regard to your presentation. In this case it is telling me that there are too many fonts. So I can, if I want, change the style checker options for our presentations. I am going to do that so you will see what the options are. Basically the style options regard to a number of fonts, the text size, the body text size, case and end punctuation, how the title slide should look, the body text style should be, end of punctuation, that sort of thing. So these are all of the things that the style checker is looking for. Now the office assistant by default looks at your slides for you. So if any of these style settings are violated, then you'll get that little yellow light bulb, and it will tell you what it thinks has been violated and you can make changes according to that. And this again is what looks for: number of fonts; text size; body text size; case and end punctuation. And you can change it at any time.
