Subtitles of the Movie

In this exersise we are going to talk about modifying backgrounds. There may be a time when you want to change how only one slide looks - perhaps you want that one slide to be different or something to that effect. If you do, then you need to modify the background. In order to do that all you have to do is go to format in the menu bar to background. This background is telling you all of the design apttributes of this particular design template, in other words the colors that are being used and so forth. If you decide you want to change a color that's being used, click on the down arrow and choose more colors. You can choose from one of these custom colors or you can go to the standard colors, pick a color and click OK. You can apply it to this slide only or all of the slides. I am just going to apply it to this slide. And it changes the color of the background - yes I know it does not look too great right now. We are going to make few other changes. Again it's under format in the menu bar to background, and you can change the color - make it something a little darker, and you can change the color. Also under format to background I can choose to omit all background graphics from the master. I mark that, choose apply and it hides all of the graphics from the design template and only shows me the color. So, format to background, I can change the color of the background to any thing that I like, and I can choose whether or not to omit all the background graphics from the master. And I can apply it to all slides or only one.
