Creating New Presentations / Pre-Built Presentations

Subtitles of the Movie

When you are dealing with a pre-built presentation, the information that is provided, or the suggestions that are provided within the presentations vary depending upon the topics that you choose. Also, the number of slides will vary depending on the topic - let's create another. Another way to get to the auto content wizard is by going to file and the menu bar to new, choose auto content wizard and click OK. Click next - let's choose another presentation, how about motivating a team. We will create an onscreen presentation again and we'll give our presentation a title. AhhhI know a way to motivate the team. My presentation's title is going to be "salary increases", (hmmm)that would be nice, infact very nice. And when you are finished - now I have my presentation. Note, the information that is on these slides or I should say the suggestions are different, also the number of slides are different. This one is not as detailed with suggestions because it is not necessarily an in depth presentation - we are not conveying alot of information, we are trying to convey enthusiasm, so that is the difference between the two slides. This one about technology as a project - well alot of information has to be conveyed here, so there are alot more suggestions. And that is how you can create your own presentations. You can already have one built for you and you can work from that. In the next exercise we are going to talk about blank presentations - how to create one from scratch.
