Creating New Presentations / Intro to Creating Presentations
Subtitles of the Movie
Now that you got all the basics you are ready to create your own presentation - but where to begin? There are several different ways to create a presentation, I discussed them in the beginning. You remember: the auto content wizard will help you in creating the content for your presentation; design template will assist you in choosing a design for your presentation. Blank presentation means you are starting completely from scratch. Especially if you are new to Powerpoint it may be difficult to decide where to begin. Well, I always recommend that before you actually go into Powerpoint and create a presentation, that you take out a scrap of paper and a pen and just make a few notes: how do you want it to look; how many slides do you think you need; what information do you want to convey and that sort of thing. After you do that, after you have your idea, then you are ready to create your presentation. Again there are several different ways and we are going to go through all of them. In this chapter we are going to talk all about creating new presentations.
