In order to customize or edit your organization chart, double click on it. Then you can first of all change the format of any boxes that you select. Notice this tool bar, boxes - I can change the color of whatever ones I have selected. Use CTRL+A to select all of them. If you just want to select one, just click on that one to select it and change that one. If you want to select more than one, hold the shift key down. You can change the shadow of a box, border style, border color and border line style. You can also change the texts font, font color, alignment. If you want to add on more boxes - you have all of these to add: sub-ordinates; co-workers; coworker to the right; managers; assistants. However you want it to look. So let's say our supervisor has an assistant and then I'll choose the assistant button by clicking on it. And then click on supervisor, and now my supervisor has an assistant. If say the manager has an assistant, I can click on that, click on the manager, and my manager has a direct assistant - something to that effect. Whenever you have finished, close out, yes you want to update, and the changes have been made.
