To easily update all of the bookmarks that you have created along with all of the hyperlinks, you can use the recalculate hyperlink tool. This tool will recalculate all the changes that you've made within your current website. For example, you may have added 10 new hyperlinks and maybe 3 new bookmarks to your website. In order for these to be updated into your program, you will need to select tools, then recalculate hyperlinks. The recalculate hyperlinks dialog box will appear on your screen. It will do several things for you. It will repair all the hyperlinks in your web, rather than going to the reports menu that we did earlier on in this chapter and manually changing all of the hyperlinks that were broken. It will update all of the FrontPage based components that we've added. And all of the information will be synchronized together, such as web database information, which we currently have not explored yet, and other categories. This process can take several minutes, depending upon the mode of information that you need to update, and the type of information that you have in your website. To update press yes, and you will be taken to the next phase, where FrontPage will now update all the information contained within your website. ed within your website.
