Hi I'm Melanie Hedgespath I'm your instructor for the Expression Web Course. I have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Education and Business Education. After receiving that I got all my jobs in Computer Education, so I went ahead and went on and got my Masters in Information Technology. I've always worked with the training element within computers and then also the management side. I've managed different computers in different companies for over a decade, almost 15 years now. And in that process I went ahead and got my MCSE. I love learning about computers, I love keeping up with things, there's always something to do and there's never a dull moment. So then after working with computers on the management side and also just on the training element, I ended up creating my own website here that has all kinds of just little help options for people. I love being able to help people with just little tweaks and little items, because that can always make their day alittle bit easier to understand and work with technology. Technology is great when it cooperates with you but it can be very frustrating if something is just not working.
