If you'd rather use a toolbar button rather than a keystroke to run your Macros, you can create a button and place it on the toolbar. To do this go to the tools menu, down to customize. In the commands tab and the categories list, you'll find a category called Macros. Select this Macros category and then starting on one of these custom menu item areas or custom button areas, you can click and drag the Macro into either a menu or as a button. Since I want a button I'll click and drag custom button from here, up onto the toolbar where I'd like it to appear. Make sure that the eye beam is in the exact position on the toolbar where you'd like the button to go. When I release it, it puts a smiley face here. If I'd like to change the picture I can click on modify selection, go to change button image, and select a different picture. Next, you need to assign the Macro that this button will run. Going back to modify selection, select the very first item, assign Macro. This will bring up a list of all the Macros you've recorded. Select the one you'd like it to use, in this case company and click ok. Then you can close the customize box. Notice our new button is up on the toolbar now. To test it we'll delete this row and then use the button to recreate it. Clicking on our custom button will run the Macro just as the keystroke did. g on our custom button will run the Macro just as the keystroke did.
