Subtitles of the Movie

Alright this is looking good here. Now let's go and set up some additional Validation back inside LiveCycle. So I'll close out of the form here inside Acrobat. I won't bother saving them, head back over to LiveCycle and what I want to do essentially is the same thing that I did on Home Phone I want to repeat for the Mobile Phone and for the Work Phone. So this will just take a second here. I'll start off with Mobile Phone, I'll click on the Validation Pattern button there, and then inside Display Ð make sure you're inside the Display tab there Ð I'm going to go Phone Number and then inside Validation I'm also going to go Phone Number, click on OK. Now notice that I got to that Pattern dialog box from the Value tab, right? You can also do it from the Field tab is you want, it's just called Patterns but it gets you to the same spot, right? So, I'll click on Work Phone and then I'll set that guy up as well: Patterns, and then same story, right? Phone Number and then Validation, Phone Number, wonderful. OK. And you know what I think I'll do is I think I'll use the same message that I'd set for Home Phone I'll set that for Mobile and for Work. So what I'll do here is I'll just go back to Home Phone and then over to the Value tab and I'll select all the content inside this Field here and copy it Ð Control C Ð and then click on Mobile Phone, and paste that in there Ð Control V Ð and same story for the Work Phone Ð Control V. Alright, wonderful. Now if you want to go and test this on your own go right ahead. There are a few other things that I want to set up though and this is along the same lines. First of all, my State Field, I want to set it up so that the user can only type in a maximum of 2 characters, and you already know how to do this, right? It's the Object Panel, Field tab, Limit Length, and this time I'm just going to type in 2. Easy stuff. And the only other thing I want to do is my Zip Code. I'm going to set up a Pattern for that as well. So I have that guy selected. I'll click on the Patterns button and his Display is going to be Zip Code USA and his Validation is going to be Zip Code USA, and once again I'll click on OK. Alright, if you want to save this up and go and test him inside Acrobat, go for it.
