Well, the Form is really coming along nicely here. There are two additional Fields, or two additional Objects I guess I should say, that I want to drop onto the Form and this is really going to finish off our Form here. What I want to do is, I want to add a set of Survey Questions and we'll add our Survey Questions in right into this open area here, right beside our List Box here, and the other thing that I want to add in is an area for the user to add in some Comments, so I want to add in a Multi-line Text Field if that makes sense. So let's go and do the Survey Questions first and this is going to be much easier than you may be anticipating here. I'm going to zoom out here just a little bit Ð Control Minus Ð and then inside my Object Library, so go ahead and expand that right-hand side if you have to, go into your Custom Category. We talked about your Custom Objects before, right, so there's a specific set of Customized Objects that I'm after here and they're already created for us. They're called Survey Questions, so go and look for that set there, and then drag that guy over onto your Form and you have to be a little bit careful about where you drop this guy, we want to drop him right into this open area, again, right beside our List Box there. And we should get something like this, right? Now, what I'm going to do is I'm going to collapse my right-hand side and I'm going to zoom in here because I want to make sure that this guy's positioned nicely, so I'm just nudging this guy over a little bit but of course now I'm overlapping my List Box, so I'll grab my List Box and I'll nudge this guy over a little bit as well. I might have to fiddle with this a little bit, but the actual Survey Question Object that we dragged over Ð Please rate your overall satisfaction with the product Ð and then what we get is a set of Radio Buttons, right? Very Satisfied; Somewhat Satisfied; and so on, right? And even though the Text and the Radio Group came over as a single object they're both individual Objects, right, so the Radio Buttons themselves can be nudged over on their own, independently of the text, as I was just doing there, right? So, you can always adjust and move these guys sort of independent of one another, right? So, go ahead and set that up on your Form. It's just a matter of nudging these guys around until everything sort of sits in there nicely, and again, I'm just using my Arrow keys there. So there, that's perfect. Now let's go and create our Multi-line Text Field. So, once again I'll zoom out here and I'll go into my Object Library. This time I'm after just a regular old Text Field so make sure you're inside you're Standard Category, and then look for your Text Field Object. And then this guy, we want to drop him way down into this bottom left area. So, you can do a number of things. Maybe what I'll do is I'll just drag and drop my Text Field Object, just like that, okay. Now. I'm going to zoom in just a little bit on this Text Object that I just created and let's go and set him up. So, I'm going to head into my Layout Panel, and we'll set up his dimensions and his positioning. So, his X value is going to be 0.375; his Y value is going to be 9.5; his Width is going to be 4.25; and his Height is going to be 1.25. Alright. Now, let's set his Caption position, remember the Caption position, right? Let's set the Caption Position to the Top, so now we have something like this, and you might have to monkey a little bit with that, remember that Caption Reserve? I'm going to drag that Caption Reserve straight up Ð something like this Ð now I went and goofed that up there. This might require a little trial and error Ð there! That's what I'm after. Did you notice before that I had this little red plus down on the bottom right corner there, so I have to go and adjust that, so again, that's just that light orange line that separates the caption from the Field Object itself, right? And so, something like this is really what we're after. OK, let's go and finish this guy off. Into the Object Panel, let's start off inside the Field tab. I'm going to set his Caption to Comments and we also want to make sure that he's set for Allow Multiple Lines, okay, perfect. And then, inside the Value tab if you want, you can put in some default text: Please add your comments here, or something like this, and then finally, underneath the Binding tab we should give this guy a name. I'm going to give this guy, again, a simple name, simply Comments, just like that. Alright, our Form is looking great.
