Now here's another way to format your overall form. We can always align different objects inside our form and we can also space them apart inside our form, that's called distributing. We'll take a look at distributing in just a second. Let me show you how to use LifeCycle's Align Commands. What I want to do is I want to make sure that the Text Object that I created for my Yes-No radio groups here are all nice and lined up. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to grab the first Text Object here and I'll hold down my Shift Key and then I'll grab that radio group there, the Yes-No Radio Group just like that and what I'm going to do is I'm going to head to the Layout Menu way up at the top of the LiveCycle Interface down to Align and then we have all of our Align Options here. So I'm going to say Align to Top and you may notice a few things shift around just a little bit inside your form. I'm going to go and repeat that for me other radio groups here. So I'll grab the second Text Object and the second Radio group there, make sure to grab right on the edge of that radio group by the way, up to Layout, down to Align and then of course Top. Alright one more to go here. I'll grab the last set here, try and grab right on that edge if you can, the edge of that radio group, it's a little bit tricky sometimes. Layout, Align and then Top, wonderful. Now what I could do as well is I could grab these three pieces of text or these three Text Objects and I could go Layout, Align and then Left, so now all of their left sides are all lined up. So you might want to take a moment and just make sure that everything's sort of nice and squared up inside your form here. I think everything should be looking pretty good though because don't forget we had used the Layout Panel quite a bit to set-up a lot of our positioning and sizes. So everything's looking fairly good here. The other thing that I wanted to show you is spacing apart. So, I'm going to use my city, state, zip code and country fields, I want to make sure that their all evenly spaced right across my form here. So what I'll do is I'll hold down Shift and grab each of these guys here and then all I'm going to do is I'm going to head up to my Layout Panel down to distribute and then I'm simply going to choose across and you'll notice that everything sort of nudges ever so much just to properly space themselves apart. So there you go, you can mess around with your aligning and your distributing, fairly simply stuff and you know one other small note that I just want to mention here, way back when we had created our Comments Field down towards the bottom here, I forgot to format this guys appearance. So you know I'm going to do that real quick here with you. I'm going to head over to my Object Panel, if I can get this guy to play nice there he is and I'll just go into the Field Tab and I'll go and set this guy's appearance. We should have done this way back when but. Let's see here I'm going to set his border to solid and 0 decimal, 02 same settings that we've used all the way along here, I'll set his. Colored Orange and then his Fill Color to Solid and White, there something like that. Alright but more importantly your aligning and your distributing inside LiveCycle, that's really what we were here to see.
