Tools / Rectangle
Subtitles of the Movie
The rectangle tool allows you to draw a rectangle, squares or a round cornered rectangles or round cornered squares. Simply select the tool and then click and drag and you have a rectangle. Again you can use the space bar to move this while you are drawing and if you hold the Shift key down you will end up drawing a perfect square. Now you can also hold the alt key down or alt and shift and alt will allow you to draw from the center. Now you have a couple of options; double click the tool and this allows you to adjust the corner radius in points. Again you can radius the corners on a square or a rectangle. I'll get rid of these. Another feature is auto constrain. Auto constrain allows you to draw a perfect square as long as you drag near a 45 degree angle, you don't need to hold the Shift key down. Again just turn on the auto constrain and your drawing will be constrained to a perfect square as long as you drag at a 45 degree angle. That's a quick look at the rectangle tool.
