Subtitles of the Movie

Let's say you found out that you usually have a whole bunch of words in your text that you need to change. For instance, I have a word blimp somewhere in here. I do not know where it is, and what I need to do is change blimp to blue. Well, in this case it is not too bad because I do not have a whole lot of text but say this was a long document, several pages long. I can sit here and try and read through everything, or I can use the Find feature, to go ahead and find the text. Now what I can do, if I know that word is in a particular passage, I can use the text tool, highlight that. Or I can simply take the pointer tool, select the text block that I know I am going to be working in. Go up to the Edit menu, I'm going to select Find and Replace, in this case I'm going to look for text. I'm going to look for the word blimp, it's going to find the first case of the word blimp. This puts some contacts on where it is, ok, a corporate blimp, I want to change that to balloon. Now what I can do is change this particular instance, or I can change it in every particular instance. So I'm going to go ahead and select Change All- does me a stunt, and tells me how many times that showed up. Oh, not too bad- we only had one occurrence- we had blimp instead of bloom- that is how you can use the Find Text feature, to find text, and also replace it if need be.
