New to Fireworks MX is the quick export button, located in the upper right hand corner of the document window, which offers easy access to common options for exporting Fireworks files to other applications. Using the quick export button you can export to a variety of formats, including Macromedia applications and other applications as such Microsoft's FrontPage and Adobe's Go Live. All the export options available through the quick export button are also accessible elsewhere in Fireworks, such as the export dialogue box and the edit menu. The quick export button provides a shortcut to the most common export options. For most formats several export methods are available. You can export Dreamweaver HTML for example, or you can update Dreamweaver HTML, or copy to the clipboard. In addition you can launch Dreamweaver. You can export to an SWF file or a Flash file, or you can copy it, or you can launch Macromedia Flash. You can export to Freehand, or you can copy the path outlines. You can export to Director as layers or as slices. You can also preview in a browser, both your primary and secondary browser. You can also export to Photoshop, Go Live, FrontPage or Illustrator. You can also copy the HTML code to the clipboard and update HTML. code to the clipboard and update HTML.
