Working with Media / Animations
Subtitles of the Movie
Let's go ahead and import an animated GIF. I have my lessons files all prepared. I have my animated GIF inside of my lesson files, and you do too. And what I'm going to do is just simply drag the animated GIF into Keynote. You could see it's awfully large. Now, we can scale this animated GIF down, just by clicking on it and scale it all the way down. Now, while scaling the resolution or quality of the GIF will decrease. Same thing goes for when you resize it larger than the actual size. I'm going to open up my Inspector. Here's my Inspector. I can click the graphics tab, and I could choose a drop shadow for this graphic. I just choose shadow, and it adds a nice effect to the entire graphic. I could also use an image for the background image fill. Now, GIFs are 256 colors or less - they are not made to be millions of colors. So, keep that in mind when you are creating a GIF file. And let's just position that. that.
