Who is Keynote for? First of all, Keynote is used for presentations. You can create a slideshow, a photo slideshow. You could even convert any Keynote presentation to QuickTime and put it on CD-ROM. You can make just about any type of presentation with Keynote. It is so versatile in essence. Now, for sales, it's perfect. You want to sell something to a client - you have a laptop computer, you want to sell a product to a client, then Keynote is perfect. Schools: you want to educate your class with an idea or concept, anybody who is in the school system such as myself can definitely use Keynote. It is a wonderful tool to illustrate ideas and understanding. And of course, you have Marketing: anybody who wants to market an idea or concept, you have a new product, you want to illustrate some changes with the new product to an entire boardroom - then of course it's perfect for the Marketing field. Now, you also have financial departments. If your company's growing and there is a loss and maybe there is a gain, and of course you want to project those statistics to a group, then Keynote is absolutely perfect for that. Because you can create charts. And you can make financial charts to actually illustrate how much or how little your corporation has financially improved. For financial areas in business, it's a perfect way to explain an idea or concept to a whole group of people. Well what is it really for? I mean Keynote creates presentations. Those presentations are excellent for a whole group of people in a corporation or organization. So, you can create some slideshows. I know some people that had baby photos of their child, and they created a little slideshow for the family. And again, you could convert your Keynote presentation to QuickTime and bring it on the PC, or show it to a whole group of people on a Mac. Now, it's very flexible. You could also export to Portable Document Format, which is using Adobe Acrobat to open a PDF file. And it's a wonderful way to illustrate an idea. wonderful way to illustrate an idea.
