Printing and Presenting Data in Preview Mode / Print Options on Macintosh
Subtitles of the Movie
On Macintosh printing is as easy as choosing print with file menu. In standard print dialogue that appears you will find the file maker options and your file maker in this pop up menu the other options are standard to other applications, and they may or may not be here depending on what printer you have but the file maker options here that you can choose. You can choose to print all of the record being browse that is **** found set or all of the records in the table. Just the current record or you can print a blank record showing the fields either formatted with boxes over that underlines. Now what's nice about these two options here is that you can print a blank record with the boxes are underlines and then reproduce that as a data entry form for people to fill in a manually. Then you have the data entered on a form that matches the layout and transcribing it from the paper to the layout is not very difficult at all.
