Charting has been basically been enhanced in two areas, Interface or Ease of Use and additional chart types. This example file has just a few names in it with corresponding values so you can play around with the charting very easily and you don't have to set up your own file to play around with it. So we're going to give you a brief overview of these two significant new areas. We're going to cover it more extensively, the charting that is, in later sections. Right now I want to give you an idea what those two areas are, the Interface and the additional chart types. So we're going to simply go into Layout Mode, we're going to double-click on the chart and you're going to see a significant difference immediately. Well let's ignore that for right now, let's go and take a look at the new chart types. You'll see that we have Positive and Negative Column, Stacked Bar, Scatter and Bubble. So plenty of people are going to be very happy with this because it puts it on par with the spreadsheet now. But I don't think that's the biggest feature here or maybe I'll have a difference of opinion with you but I think the biggest feature here is the ease of use. Watch how easy this is to use, if you don't know how to use the Chart Legend, click on here, it'll come and highlight where the legend is so you know where to do it. You want to know where this value is, it'll come and highlight that so you can type it in. Where is this done? This little gray area, click on it and it'll come and highlight it for you. If you want to type in the chart title, well it's right there, you just type in My Chart and as soon as you go to the next section, it automatically updates so you can see what it looks like. In fact we can come over here and add a Y Series, specify a field, choose Value 2; it automatically puts it on there so you can see what it's going to look like. We can go and change it to a Stacked Column if you want, you can go and do anything. You can open up these areas and see where they are, you can choose different color schemes, I mean it's all very easy to use in my opinion, much easier than before. So I'm going to go ahead and cancel out of this and we'll explore this more later but for right now, remember, there are two new areas, your interface or ease of use and your additional charts. For the most part, it's really hasn't changed much otherwise.
