If you want to contact Database Pros about any of their services; training, consulting, meta-consulting, solutions, any of the free resources, I'm glad to talk to anybody on the phone. You never know what you're going to learn when you talk to somebody so I try to make myself available. In fact, you might be surprised if you call, I'll be the one answering the phone. I like to stay in touch with my customers because again, you never know what's going to happen and I don't really like calling up a company and talking to somebody who doesn't know what they're talking about. I want to talk to the person who is doing everything and that's the way I run my business. It's unusual. I may not always be available. I can't answer the phone every time it rings necessarily but I try to and if I'm on, you know, vacation or I'm out on a business trip, I try to get back within 24 to 48 hours but you may be surprised if you call me, I may answer the first time and I may even help you out for free. If you intrigue me with something, I may just decide to go ahead and help you for free because I'm interested in what you're talking about. But I do run a business and I sometimes have to charge people. In fact, more often than I'd like; I wish I could do it all for free but I do need to make a living. So feel free to call me. I have no problem with you contacting me. In fact, I'm going to show you how to find out how to contact me. Click on this About section here. Some people like emails better; some people like to call on the phone so I'm going to show you my phone number next. I prefer phone. E-mail is good for sending somebody directions to something. But if you want that give and take, you can really only get it on the phone and sometimes you can get things accomplished a lot better and a lot faster over the phone. So let's scroll down. You'll see a lot of information about me, about what I've done, my certifications, a picture of me if you want to see what I look like and then you'll see the company contact and policies. I find out all kinds of cool stuff when I talk to people and not necessarily about FileMaker. So don't be scared of me. Give me a call. Hopefully you've gotten used to me on these videos. I mean, I can sometimes be busy and not have the time to talk or to help you out but I find that more and more these days I've gotten a little bit wiser and realized, you know, sometimes I get more from people I talk to than they get from me.
