We can also do a Re Lookup. Lookup all the records in the Found Set kind of like a Replace Field Contents but going through Lookups. Instead of us Going through all of our records and touching each one of these to get the existing records that had the city and state, we could just Click in here go to Records and choose Re Lookup Field Contents. It'll say are you sure you want to do this for the forty five records, you'll say okay, and now it's looked up every single record. Simple as that, rather than having to go to each record individually, it will do it all like that. But what I'm going to do is where actually going to remove the Auto Enter here. We're going to do the Lookups in a different way. So I'm going to go to your city. We're going to take off the Looked Up Value and we're going to use Calculated Value. The reason we're going to do this is because calculations use newer code and I've heard from the systems engineers that sometimes these lookups can have speed issues. Not all the time but if you do notice a speed issue it could be the problem because the lookups use legacy code. So what we want to do in here is simply say go to Zips, we're going to change from our current table to Zips, this will change what fields we're looking at. I'm just going to simply copy the city field down here. And notice it has this colon thing and then the word Zips before. That's because it says I want you to look across the relationship. It's going to work essentially like a Lookup. Same idea. And we're going to also uncheck this because we want to make sure that if we change the zip code they'll re Auto Enter that city because if you change the zip code obviously it may not be the same city. So we'll come and do the same thing over here. Take that off Calculated Value, choose Zips, find the state, double Click on it, it comes down here, Click OK, don't forget to uncheck that, double check has Replace Existing Value, we're good to go. And just to verify that this works let's go ahead and type in let's say 91708 and see if there's something in there like that and it happens to be Chino. And you could see the Auto Enter works just the same way as the Lookup. So again, newer code, better for you and if you do need some of the features inside of Lookup, we'll go in here real briefly, we're not going to cover this extensively, but there is, and you could use Type Ahead here also, there are calculations functions for Lookups. Then we get Next Higher Value, Next Lower Value, what happens if there's no match and things like that. You can get that functionality inside of a calculation. This is new code. So this should react much better so if I ever do a Lookup I always do it through this function and put the function over here but we're not ready to cover Functions yet so just keep that in mind. So let's hit Cancel here, Cancel here. Come back here, Delete this record, we don't need it anymore and it looks like we're back to our normal forty four records.
