Subtitles of the Movie

Transport won't play right away. Here's one of those sad, flash, funny issues that happens so often to people I've had several calls about this one that I decided to make a movie about it. And that is the Transport doesn't go into play so you press Spacebar and it just sits there for a second and then all of a sudden it starts to play a little but later. So I pressed Spacebar sometime ago and then it went into play. So I'll pull out my Transport and hit Play again and see it just blinks and it doesn't start right away and the reason for this, is hopefully you can figure this out right away is that I got a two bar count on and the count end is actually happening for playback as well. So usually where those are is when you go into Record which is frustrating because you're ready to record, you say Rolling and it doesn't start rolling. So this happens by just accidentally hitting number pad 8 in your Transport Mode and that turns that on. So if I go and expand this we can see our Count Off is actually on so I want to adjust my Count Off. I got two bars right now and its also doing it during Playbacks. So if I hit Spacebar right now even though that's on, I'll go straight into Playback. So just make sure that that's off so that's a really easy thing to accidentally enable and you're not pulling up your Transport and you'll be back in business.
