Miscellaneous. With our Plug-ins I've got some RTAS processing that's happening. I've Automated some Parameters. What happens if you actually want to make that effect happen and process that like in AudioSuite, but you don't want to have to deal with all of the steps it would take to actually get the AudioSuite to happen, which would be next to impossible in this case. So what I've got is I've got some Automation happening on this Plug-in, we'll take a listen. And we can hear that our Cutoff is actually changing over time. So if I were to try to AudioSuite that I'd have to take each individual Point, which really wouldn't be feasible, so I'm not going to AudioSuite that a whole bunch. The way that I can get this function is by creating another Track and then Bussing them, so all I'd need to do is create another Track. If I'm going out Stereo and I've got some effect I would need that, then I would want to create a Stereo Track, but I don't in this case. So for my output of this rather than going straight to my Interface I'm going to internally Bus this and this would be the closest thing that we have on a Pro Tools system to actually getting, freezing our Tracks, so if you are familiar with that from other DAWs this would be how we'd go in and freeze our Tracks. So I chose that to go out Bus 7. I want to choose this as my Input here, and then I'm going to Arm the Track that I'm going to record. Keep in mind that we do have internal latency so this may affect what's happening for your Bussing. If you're on an HD system you can turn on Delay Compensation, which we'll discuss in other movies. So, let's go ahead and record. So there is my Freeze Track, so I just recorded a new Audio file. I would obviously go through and do that for the entire Track, but you get the point. So, what I can do now for this Track is I can completely bypass the Track if I wanted to, or turn the Track off so I'm no longer using this Track, so I'm making this inactive. Now no processing is happening for this Track and we're just hearing what I recorded. The nice thing is, since I didn't delete the Track, if I did want to change something I could go back and make this Track active and use it again.
