Before you leave I'd like to tell you a little about myself. My name is Mark Long, I've been the author of this course and just a little background. I live in Nashville, Tennessee, that would explain some of the accent that you may have noticed, especially those of you who are outside the United States, may have noticed an even more bizarre accent than what you're normally hearing from those of us inside the US. But anyway, I'm a Consultant and a Trainer, I work in the Nashville, Tennessee area and around the South East from time to time. I do an awful lot of work as a Consultant and a Trainer on various technologies, especially I focus on Microsoft technologies. I kind of developed a Microsoft shaped head a few years ago. I spent 18 years in an IT department at a large telecommunications company and so we were a strong Microsoft shop. We did a little bit of Unix and so anyway that's kind of how I grew up but I've branched out and I also do some Crestron, if you know what that is and Audio Visual Interface programming also on the side too. So a lot of things going on here, it's all good stuff. You can contact me with comments about this course, if you have simple questions, easy to answer questions, send those my way, Email.MLong@gmail.com is how you can get to me. If, if you want to ask a real simple question, feel free to do it. Please understand I get a lot of emails, sometimes I know this never happens to you, but projects get behind and I'm working 12, 14 hour days and everybody's yelling and screaming and on those days, I just simply cannot answer emails. And so if you send me an email and I don't get back to your right away, don't get too mad at me, if it's something you really need, feel free to send me, you know a second or a third email. I, I will try to answer you. If you ask me consultant type questions or things that require too much research, I just simply don't have the time to get back on those things, but anyway, if I can help in any way, I'd love to. Thanks so much for being here on behalf of VTC, thank you for purchasing the course, I really hope I've helped you. I get a big charge out of helping people understand this technology. We've all been hopelessly ignorant about technology at multiple points in our life and I really like helping to cause that light to come on for you and I hope I've done that here. So anyway, I, I wish you God's best blessings on your career as you try to learn this stuff and develop it and try to make a better place for yourself. So anyway. Thanks for being here, it's been a pleasure teaching you.
