I'd like to take a moment through this movie to address two other plans that are mentioned by CompTIA. Remember that your project may contain other plans that I've not mentioned or, perhaps, less than what I've mentioned, all depending on the unique needs of your project. But in our quest to be comprehensive and prepare for an exam we're covering several bases, including two additional plans which are the Change Management Plan and Integration Management Plan. In terms of the Change Management Plan, this plan documents the process for managing changes to the project, just as the name implies. Every project should have a change control system and procedures in place. Out of control changes can quickly lead to scope creep and even the failure of a project. Of course, if you find that too many changes to something like scope are taking place there are likely other issues occurring within the project, such as poorly defined requirements. But that's why a Change Management Plan is so important. It should describe the change procedures, the change control forms, guideline, the change control board and how often they'll meet as well as how to deal with changes that are urgent. Another plan I'd like to mention is the Integration Management Plan. This is the plan that documents how elements of the project will be integrated and it also outlines how changes will be managed across the project. There are many pieces and elements to a project. It's necessary for them to be unified and coordinated together so that everything can flow smoothly. This plan would do that very thing and serves as a high level document for coordinating the overall Project Management Plan. At this point, that includes all of the plans that I'd like to address. I'll be mentioning the plans covered within this section throughout the course. And that brings this movie to a close and also concludes this section.
