The last section in the License Management Console that we're going to go over is User Administration. The default set up for user access is to take the local administrator on the Access Gateway Advanced Access Server that you're working on and make it a full rights user to the License Server. Anyone else that happens to stumble across this URL and attempts to run the License Management Console, if they're not an authorized user that is they are not an administrator on the local box, then they will simply be denied access. Or more accurately, IIS will prompt them for access since they are into user names not listed in the Access Database for the License Management Console. So as you can see our administrator user has full rights, like we said, concurrent usage, historical usage, configuration and user administration. Let's say we wanted to set up another administrator and we wanted to let them see the current usage and run historical usage reports, but we don't want them modifying the configuration or the user administration. In this case we'll got to Add New User and we will add the user VTC Training backslash HNeutron. We'll say he can do historical and current usage, we'll hit Submit and there you have it. You now have VTC Training backslash HNeutron. If you were to log into the Lessons Management Server, could look at current usage and historical usage. If you wanted to upgrade his privileges you could simply click the link that says Change Existing User Access Privileges and you can either delete the user or you can add or remove user rights to this user right here. Notice that you cannot delete the local administrator. That is default access that can't be removed just by the nature of the way that the License Management Server works. So we'll hit Cancel and we'll go back to the screen. You can sort these columns by clicking on them but again if there is only two users there's not much of a point in sorting the columns. And that's really pretty much it. And this really concludes our discussion of the License Management Server.
