In the left pane of the Open dialog click Training Files and then open Imperial, RAC MPS 03, Browser Org. In the Project Browser expand Floor Plans and expand 3D Views. Notice that the views are listed alphabetically. Next, expand Sheets. Notice that the Sheets are listed alphanumerically based on the Sheet number. Next, open each of the 3D Views in the following order and notice the progression of each view: Main Bldg-Phase 1-Structure; East Wing-Phase 2-Structure; West Wing-Phase 3-Structure; Completed Project, Structure; Completed Structure with Roof and Floor; and Completed Project. Each of the 3D Views varies by phase and discipline. Click the View tab and from the Windows Panel, User Interface drop-down, select Browser Organization. On the Views tab of the Browser Organization dialog select Discipline and click OK. In the Project Browser notice that views are divided into Architectural and Structural Disciplines. On the Windows Panel click the User Interface drop-down and select Browser Organization. Select Phase and click Apply. In the Project Browser notice that Views are grouped by Phase. In the Browser Organization dialog select Type-Discipline, and click OK. In the Project Browser expand each View Type and notice that each is grouped by Discipline. Now let's take a look at how to organize the Project Browser by Sheets. On the Windows Panel click the User Interface drop-down and select Browser Organization. On the Browser Organization dialog click the Sheets tab. Then select the Sheet Prefix and click OK. On the Project Browser under Sheets expand each Sheet Set. Now let's look at how to create a Browser Organization Name. On the Windows Panel click the User Interface drop-down and select Browser Organization. On the Views tab click New.
