Alright. Let's move on and add some more particles to our Composite. Don't forget guys now is a good time to save so you might want to call this Volcano02 or Volcano03 so you just have different increments of this file that you can go back to in case you lose your work. So I'm going to Scrub here so that we can get some timing down and this is a really good technique to use whenever you're working with particles or any kind of Editing in Combustion. You have to be the film director and you have to visually see what's going on as well as say what's happening lots of times and my wife thinks I'm insane because I do this and she'll be living room and I'm in here talking to myself like, OK, now the boat's on the water and then we have the eruption and I'll start doing noise like brrrr and then I'll have a Pfff. So we now we need to add some Flames coming out from here because another vent has erupted over here near the boat. So now is a good time to add some Flames, so I'm going to enable my Preview and I'm going to go to click on it, once again sometimes it's hard to do it, so click another particle and go right to this Icon and hit it as hard as you can, double click to see what Combustion recommends as the Emitter and we have a Line Emitter this time. So I'm going to turn my Preview Off and I'm going to click to add my Emitters. Whenever you have a Line Emitter you have to add two points to enable the effect. So we have the place where the fire's going to rise from and you can always extend this out if you need to. But we're going to have a small vent right here that's going to erupt about midway in our animation. So I'm going to now Scrub back a little bit and it erupts and then we have some additional Flames on the side here, which is kind of cool. Now last but not least we need to add a sense of additional peril because as a scientist you are pretty much hard headed and you just don't want to leave that island. You are convinced that there's going to be an eruption and everyone is like don't go to the island, you're like I'm going and then you wind up in this eruption and the tide is coming toward you now and it's a Shockwave erupts from the explosions. So once again I'm going to Scrub so I can visually tell myself the story, I'm on the boat, I'm escaping, I'm like Oh No, I got my digital camera, I'm filming, even though I should be focusing on this, this little plume and then we have some vents opening and now the tide is going to start heading my way. For this we're going to change our library from smoke to and don't forget guys click this little Button right there. We're going to go to Natural Organic and everything is natural and organic these days and we're going to choose a Particle Effect called Gurgle. I'll turn On my Preview and as you see we have this rushing water, this Gurgle Slow and this Gurgle Faster. That's the one I want to use. So once again don't forget, choose another Particle and then double click very quickly on this Icon and if you miss don't forget do it again, it recommends a Line Emitter and I'm going to click and draw out this Emitter and I'm going to Scrub and now we have some water coming at us. But it's not rising so let's talk about how to get this water coming at us a little faster. We'll turn On Animate and I'm going to go to the end of my Animation here. As you can see my playback is starting to get sluggish, hence the RAM that you're going to need for Combustion. I'll go to my Emitter Button and I'm going to increase the size of that Emitter and this is really going to make my computer very angry at me. But as you can see here the water is rising and there we have it. We have our rising, we have our exploding vent, we have our cloud and we have a little explosion moving clouds, lava inside of here and we built a composite completely from scratch right inside of Combustion. Feel free to take these techniques and add them to anything else. You know if you want to use your favorite 3D application or even do some Stop Motion Animation, bring that footage into Combustion, add some explosions, do your own car chase, have a toy dinosaur destroy a city, just have a good time and I hope you enjoyed this project and I'll talk to you later.
